Ingredients Required:
- Chicken Breast Halves: 4, boneless, skinless, ¼ inch thickness
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Black Pepper Powder: To taste
- Dijon Style Mustard: 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil: 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 teaspoon,Minced
- Fresh Rosemary: 1 teaspoon,chopped
- Focaccia Bread: Garlic and Rosemary Flavour, 8 slices
Method of Preparation:
Sprinkle some pepper on the chicken breast and alongside heat oil in a skillet. Now add some garlic to this and let it cook till it leaves its aroma and becomes golden brown in colour. To this, one needs to add the chicken in a way that the side which has pepper is facing downwards. You need to sauté the chicken well for the next 10-15 minutes or till the chicken cooks completely and leaves out all its juices.
In another bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, rosemary and mustard. This mixture should be spread well on the focaccia bread once you blend in the entire ingredients well. - Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
- Chicken Breast Halves: Boneless and skinless, 2
- Tomato: 1, diced
- Garlic: 4 tablespoon, minced
- Lettuce: 1 leaf
- Butter; 2 tablespoon
- French bread: 4 slices, thick
Method of Preparation:
Take a bowl and mix together the cream cheese and about two tablespoons of garlic and keep it aside.
Heat a skillet and spread some butter on it. Season the chicken breast pieces with garlic and cook it for the next 8-10 minutes on both the sides each.
